Refund policy
If you find that your headboard cover does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us at sorria.nz@gmail.com.
Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, the headboard cover must be unused and in its original condition.
The headboard cover must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase.
Refund Process:
- Please contact our customer support team at sorria.nz@gmail.com to initiate the refund process.
- Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorisation, if applicable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding your refund request.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount returned to your original method of payment.
Exceptions:
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
