Refund policy

If you find that your headboard cover does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us at sorria.nz@gmail.com.

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the headboard cover must be unused and in its original condition.

The headboard cover must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase.

Refund Process:

  1. Please contact our customer support team at sorria.nz@gmail.com to initiate the refund process.
  2. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorisation, if applicable.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding your refund request.
  4. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount returned to your original method of payment. 

Exceptions:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
